Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely move products onto and off delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure stock accuracy.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery receipts and inventory logs, with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
