Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve productivity.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to weight limits and handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as scheduled.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
