What You'll Do
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a tidy, safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, checking, and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth workflow.
- Load & Unload: Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
