Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and organizing warehouse inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet company quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Documents: Must possess a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Punctual with a track record of consistent attendance.
