Responsibilities
- Process Inbound/Outbound Shipments: Efficiently handle and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with accuracy.
- Operate Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move materials throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure packaging meets customer specifications.
Qualifications
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (or specific weekend shifts).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
