Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock levels in the management system.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
