Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records in the WMS.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure daily targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
