Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise in preparation for distribution using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Execute accurate inventory counts and document stock movements using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy to meet daily KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read pick lists and packing slips accurately.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis, TN facility.
