Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Prepare pallets for shipping according to company standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and organize stock storage areas.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Verify accuracy of orders and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
