Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (certification provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and work well in a team setting.
