Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
