Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipment errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transition on weekends.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
