Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders and prepare packages for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
