Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks safely and accurately, verifying inventory against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and label accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
