Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately prepare and ship customer orders according to safety and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any damage to pallets, boxes, or machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
