Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, within safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining accurate shipping and receiving logs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for warehouse floor, but preferred).
