Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99.9% accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, RF Scanner) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Adhere to all company SOPs regarding quality control and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with availability on weekdays for training.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
