Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory audits and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
