Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
