Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
