Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time every shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Driving: Valid driver's license preferred.
