Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds consistently.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
