Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, sorting, and packing of inbound and outbound shipments with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover and operational continuity.
- Perform quality control checks on products to minimize returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; technical certification in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate computer terminals and handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if applicable for delivery roles).
