Your Role:
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory is accurately processed, stored, and shipped to our clients on time. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically fit, and ready to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk long distances.
- Certifications: Valid Forklift Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
