Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
