Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Process returns and restock merchandise efficiently
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability for 8-hour shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
