Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
