Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts after completing OSHA-certified training
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using handheld scanning devices
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
