Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and data integrity.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, workplace cleanliness, and quality control standards at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations and workflow continuity.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Complete all required safety training and documentation promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods with good physical stamina.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Reliable transportation and a proven history of attendance.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
