Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick orders from the warehouse floor and package items for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and easily accessible.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for shift changes.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders.
