Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to safely move stock throughout the facility.
- Execute order picking and packing tasks to ensure 100% accuracy and meet daily volume targets.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records in our management system.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to streamline weekend workflows.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying shipments against packing lists.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate with team members.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
