Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, ensuring proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and securely, verifying inventory against shipping manifests.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Attitude: Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
