Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory organization to ensure stock accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Package items securely for distribution using appropriate materials and labeling.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Verify shipment details against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Skills: Basic math and reading comprehension skills; familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends consistently and have reliable transportation.
