Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations for incoming and outgoing orders with high accuracy.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) or rotating shifts.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices is preferred.
