Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy within assigned zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends and have a reliable means of transportation.
