Job Overview
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory and moving freight efficiently during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and shipping containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelves to ensure inventory is easily accessible.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld computers to track inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach location.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
