Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory with high accuracy.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during shift operations.
- Operate handheld scanners to track shipments and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
