Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets and customer deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Receiving and Shipping: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify contents, then process outgoing cargo with precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure efficient workflow during shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
