- Pack & Ship: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated zones.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to the San Antonio facility.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
