Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring product integrity.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check, count, and record inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick orders from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipping with precision.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- License: Valid driver's license and ability to operate material handling equipment (certification provided).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
