Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory from docks to storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels for the upcoming week.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless operations between shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read shipping labels and manifests.
