Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and delivery tickets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional overtime.
