Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Performing quality control checks on outgoing packages.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
