Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our clients.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Rotating shifts).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
