Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Package and label products efficiently for shipment or storage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and throughput targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
