Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards before being shipped.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trucks in an organized manner to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
