Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize daily workflow and meet targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating Saturdays and Sundays (off during the week).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
