Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle facility.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
