Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
