Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
